Financial Donations

Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County must raise money to fund our local building efforts. Generous contributions from individual donors are an essential part of our success. These gifts fund the cost of "affiliate built" houses, purchase materials and equipment, and support basic operating costs.

Our "Dream Builders Society" is for individual donors who make 5-year commitments of $1,000 or more per year in support of Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County.

Churches, businesses, student groups, and service organizations sponsor or partner with Habitat to fund and construct houses.

Donations Wish List

Habitat needs the following items that volunteers will use to present information in our new 6-part education program for Habitat families.

Projector that can be attached to a laptop computer for slide shows pictures, videos, etc. It can be an older model that is perhaps being replaced, a floor sample, a discontinued model, etc.
Dry erase board
Digital camera
Wide-bed plotter (24-inch or wider)

By donating any of these items to Habitat, you will help many low income families learn basic money and home management skills, this year and for years to come. If you can help, please contact us.

I want to help build a house. Note: We schedule groups from service organizations, churches, companies, and schools to help on our construction sites. However, individual volunteers are welcome to help on Fridays or Saturdays at the warehouse and ReStore, at 1501 S. 7th Street, Conroe, where we hold a brief orientation at 8:45 on the second Saturday of each month. After you attend that you can start volunteering!
